The information collected in this form will be used to identify the appropriate product for the purpose, and to calculate the amount media, absorbent, or solidification agent required to treat your waste stream.

Once received, Fluid Tech we will generate an estimate based on actual bench testing results of similar scenarios. For a detailed and refined assessments, we recommend customers conduct their own bench testing (please refer to Fluid Tech’s Process Control Program for Bench-Scale Solidification and the Recommended Media Loading Rate Guide for suggested bench testing instructions). Fluid Tech will supply product samples if requested.
