Privacy Policy

This page says exactly what this site collects, why, and how to reach us about it. Last updated August 19, 2026.

General information

One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that are collected and recorded by Fluid Tech LLC on www.fluidtechllc.com and how we use it. If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Fluid Tech LLC, 146 Industrial Park Road, Sweetwater, TN 37874, USA.

Information you send us

Document downloads. When you download a product document PDF — a cut sheet or a Safety Data Sheet — we ask for your email address, and we record which document you requested and the page you were on. We use this to follow up about the products you're researching. These submissions are processed for us by Formspree, Inc. Every cut sheet and Safety Data Sheet is also published as a readable web page on this site, free and without providing anything.

Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. Like document downloads, these submissions are processed for us by Formspree, Inc. Formspree also records basic technical details with each submission, such as the IP address it was sent from and the time, and applies its own spam filtering.

How we use your email. We use the email address you provide to follow up about the products you're researching. Bulk marketing emails identify us and include a way to opt out. You can also stop email from us at any time by replying to any message or writing to [email protected], and we will stop. We keep contact information only as long as it's useful for the business relationship.

Log files

Like nearly all websites, this site's traffic is logged. Our host, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps standard server logs of requests to this site — all hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' operations. The information in these logs includes:

  • Internet protocol (IP) addresses
  • Browser type and Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • Date and time stamp, and pages requested

This information is used for security and site operations.

Analytics and cookies

Fluid Tech simply uses Google Analytics to provide a better user experience. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are read, which documents are downloaded, whether a contact form was submitted, and the general region visitors come from. It stores first-party cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) and sends usage data to Google, which processes it as our analytics provider. Google states that Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; the address is used to derive an approximate location and is then discarded. You can install Google's opt-out browser add-on to stop this on any site you visit. We never send your name, email address or the content of your message to Google — an analytics event records only that a form was submitted, or which document was requested, never who you are.

Cloudflare performance measurements. Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this site, also collects aggregate page-performance data such as load times. These measurements use no cookies and are not used to identify you. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived cookie to tell automated traffic from real visitors.

One functional item. Once you've requested a document, we store a small flag in your browser so the form doesn't ask again next time. It never leaves your device.

Advertising and tracking

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons in their advertisements and links. No such advertising technologies are present on this site — we do not run advertisements or advertising trackers, and we do not let ad networks collect data here.

  • Fluid Tech LLC does not sell your information, and does not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
  • We do not build profiles of individual visitors or follow you around other websites.
  • Apart from the analytics named above, pages don't load fonts, scripts, or images from third-party content networks — everything is served from our own site.
  • We share information only with the service providers named in this policy (analytics, form processing, website hosting), who act on our instructions.

Third party policies

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites or to our service providers' own sites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third parties for more detailed information about their practices, including instructions about how to opt out of certain options: Google (analytics), Formspree (form processing), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery).

Your choices

Email [email protected] — putting "Privacy request" in the subject line helps us route it — to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within a reasonable time — normally 30 days — and honor the request unless we're required to keep something (for example, records of a transaction). We may need to confirm you control the email address in question before acting. To stop marketing email, use the opt-out link if the message has one, reply to any message asking us to stop, or write to the same address.

How long we keep things

We keep inquiries and document requests as long as they are useful to the business relationship, and delete them on request. Cloudflare's hosting logs are retained for a short period for security and operations. Google Analytics data is retained under the retention period configured in our Analytics property, after which Google deletes it.

Online privacy

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they share and/or that we collect on www.fluidtechllc.com. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. This site is intended for business audiences in the United States, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy.
